Warm and welcoming, this room, like all those at Château Picol, is furnished with 19th-century pieces. The soft, muted tones of its interior, reminiscent of wild blueberry hues, create a soothing atmosphere that explains its name. The evening sun bathes it in a delicate light, inviting relaxation.

The room features:
• a modern double bed;
• the possibility of installing a baby cot (flat rate of €22 for the duration of the stay);
• a bathroom with a shower;
• separate toilets.
Special moments
From the window, the view opens onto the forest. It is not uncommon, especially in the morning, to see deer strolling peacefully near the castle.
Evening at the castle
Upon request, we serve dinner in the castle's dining room, near the fireplace. Prepared according to Château Picol's traditions, this dinner is accompanied by the finest wines from Poitou and the Loire Valley.
